As I said in a previous post I’m really loving the new pieces coming into penny’s for this S/S12. This matching blazer and shorts were my favourite, the colours, the cut and the pattern all contribute to a perfect summer outfit! I wore it with a polka dot tee to clash prints and popped on some coloured jewellery and socks to add a little fun!

I love this dress I recently picked up in Zara. The cut is beautiful, not to mention to floaty fabric & soft floral print. I decided to wear a soft jumper with flicks of colour to contrast with the print in the dress! Chunky heels, socks and a big rope necklace later I’m ready!

Tonight is one of besties birthday! I recently picked up this dress in Topshop and it’s time it got an outing! I’m not usually one for anything that is too body-con but this dress is an amazing fit. I love the cut-outs and it’s balanced by the long sleeves. I’m thinking black boots, ponytail and earrings I got at Christmas to finish it off! Happy birthday to the beautiful Elaine;) x

Anything that gives a nod to Chanel I love, and this jacket from Topshop does just that! I’m also loving mixing texture and print at the minute so I added these shorts to the mix. A simple black T-shirt calmed the look down, and I added my gold necklace as a statement piece! Ready for the weekend!;)
My denim shirt is a staple in my wardrobe. Worn open and lose, or buttoned up with some jewellery! The shorts are something I have wanted for ages but could never find! I added some fun print with my beloved leopard print wedges;)
You will not find one item of pink clothing in my wardrobe but I took an exception for this cosy knit! It’s oversized and sweet and to keep in tone with the girly girl look I paired it with these shorts. Stripes are all over the high street in trousers and shorts this coming season and I loved that these cuties gave a nod to the 50′s!
Shorts are also getting much shorter this S/S12 so give them a little class with something that isn’t tight or low cut!
